Job Duties:
- Client Communication: Handle routine client inquiries and communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses that adhere to team SLAs
- Data Management: Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Documentation: Prepare and organize documents, and other materials for client meetings and internal use.
- Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and resolved in a timely manner.
- Support Initiatives: Assist in the planning and execution of client engagement initiatives and events.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issues, working closely with internal teams to implement solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a client facing role preferably within administration, operations, account management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client data and track performance.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Administration, or a related field is preferred.
