- Manage the construction administration process from pre-construction through close-out.
- Collaborate and work with clients, owners, subs and First Finish staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management and/or related industry experience a plus
- 2+ years of experience in construction management with a commercial general contractor
- Experience in buy out process alongside RFIs, change orders and submittals.
- Experience with Procore, CMiC, MS Office Suites or other project management software a plus
- Ability to navigate blueprints.
- Field and/or procurement experience is a plus.
- Must have the flexibility for required business travel.

Salary Range InformationCalifornia Base Salary Range: $72,300 - $115,600. The range is California based. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
