ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support Project Managers in building and delivering exceptional services catered to our clients’ specific goals and concerns. Are you passionate about joining a team of professionals who put the client first to deliver a great end product? At First Finish we will provide you with specialized training and development tools that supports you to be your best at running projects, collaborating with clients and developing professionally. In this role, you will assist the Project Manager with project set up, project execution, project closeout, financial management and relationship management. You will:
  • Ensure that proper tools and processes are in place prior to the beginning of a project.
  • Manage the construction administration process from pre-construction through close-out.
  • Collaborate and work with clients, owners, subs and First Finish staff.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management and/or related industry experience a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in construction management with a commercial general contractor
  • Experience in buy out process alongside RFIs, change orders and submittals. 
  • Experience with Procore, CMiC, MS Office Suites or other project management software a plus
  • Ability to navigate blueprints.
  • Field and/or procurement experience is a plus.
  • Must have the flexibility for required business travel.

Salary Range Information

California Base Salary Range: $72,300 - $115,600. The range is California based. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
