The role requires blueprint navigation, project management software experience, and flexibility for business travel.

Supports construction project pursuits, preparation, and scheduling across the West Region. Responsibilities include developing bid schedules, establishing project baselines and milestones, coordinating procurement and submittals, monitoring progress, preparing schedule narratives, analyzing critical-path impacts, developing recovery plans, auditing schedules, managing regional reporting, and coaching operations staff. Requires experience with Primavera P6, general contracting, contractual scheduling requirements, RFIs, change orders, and schedule impact analysis.
