Fabletics is looking for an Assistant Designer – Scrubs.

As the Assistant Designer – Scrubs, you will handle day to day tasks, partner with the Design and Technical Design Teams to support multiple projects to achieve goals and meet calendar deadlines in a timely manner. You will have strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work well with others in a team setting. Positive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset are welcomed!
This position will report to the Sr. Design Director – Scrubs, and will work closely with the Associate Designer and Associate Technical Designer.
What you will do:
- Support and track calendar project-based deadlines, in partnership with Design team, Technical Designer & Production.
- Support on Color CADs and line sheets, and any provide any updates as needed.
- Follow up with BOM release and accuracy to meet deadlines.
- Own color trims, development, lab dips and approvals
- Track and prepare Wear Test samples once received for review and participate in follow up communication related to each package; work closely with the Members Insight team.
- Assist in measuring Wear Test samples as needed with Technical Design guidance and flag any potential risks.
- Assist in trim tracking, follow up comments and filling.
- Sit in fit sessions to learn process and assist with any follow up.
What you can bring:
- 1-2 years of Design experience preferred
- Strong sense of organizational skills/ proactive and self-motivated.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Platforms & any PLM systems
- Entry level knowledge of Color CADs, Line Sheets
- Entry level knowledge of Design processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to pass on relevant data to all cross functional partners.
- Ability to pivot tasks and stay on track.
- Entry level knowledge of technical design, grading, specs and garment construction
- Design tools preferred but not required: Miro, Centric PLM

The hourly range for this position is from $26.40-27.00. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
