Our client is seeking an Assistant Controller to work directly with the Director of Accounting and executive leadership. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to Controller.

What You'll Do:
- Lead month-end and year-end close
- Oversee financial reporting and GAAP compliance
- Manage revenue recognition (POC) and WIP schedules
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Drive process improvements and internal controls
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and project teams
What You Bring:
- 5–7+ years of accounting experience
- Public accounting (Manager+) or industry experience
- CPA preferred
- Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
- Experience with job costing / project accounting is a plus
