Responsibilities of the Assistant Brand Manager:

  • Identify and engage with key client personnel through direct interactions with customers in-person
  • Build and maintain relationships with managers, clients, and customers
  • Thoroughly understand products to inform potential customers and assist in closing the sale
  • Accurately track customer engagement and sales metrics and communicate all activity with the team
  • Provide feedback on various factors regarding demographic data and customer insights
  • Communicate with the marketing team and other Assistant Brand Managers frequently
  • Perform other job-related duties as required
