Real Estate Americas is part of J.P. Morgan Global Alternatives in Asset Management. With over $70 billion in AUM, the Real Estate Americas team is one of the largest managers of open-end real estate funds. The team has been managing real estate investments on behalf of our clients for 50 years, during which time we have established ourselves as a market leader. The team comprises 250 real estate professionals across six markets in the U.S. and manages over 500 clients globally across various real estate strategies spanning the risk spectrum and capital stack.
Job Summary
As a Vice President on the Investor Relations team, you will significantly contribute to the Real Estate Americas investments marketing effort, working primarily with internal clients (investment specialists, portfolio managers, research, investment teams, and client advisors) and eventually with external clients. You will lead the investor relations effort for the US core real estate fund, an industry-leading core real estate fund, providing strategic oversight and leadership, executing on materials, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality materials and reporting. You will be responsible for the completion of client materials from end-to-end while driving efficiencies, standardizing processes, and managing offshore relationships to enhance collaboration. Additionally, you will contribute to various strategic projects across the platform.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the day-to-day investor relations operations for the US core real estate fund.
- Provide strategic oversight and management of the investor relations process for the fund, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and timely delivery of all materials and reports.
- Prepare and deliver marketing materials, reporting suite, RFPs, RFIs, and client questionnaires.
- Collaborate with the Real Estate Americas Investment Specialist team to service existing clients and acquire new business.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Real Estate Americas funds and organization, its priorities, and operating model.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry, markets, and trends to effectively translate insights into client responses and materials.
- Foster effective collaboration and prioritization with offshore teams and key stakeholders.
- Drive standardization and optimization of the reporting suite and client deliverables to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Encourage and implement innovative ideas to enhance investor relations strategies and processes, contributing to the fund's competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all investor communications and materials.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 7+ years of experience in investor relations or a related field, .
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling client materials, presentations, and reports, with a focus on visually telling the story and translating complex concepts into engaging slides.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and delivering clear and concise client responses.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present real estate data effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to drive standardization and optimization of processes and deliverables.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with little direction.
- Team player with a strong ethos of partnership and inclusion.
- Demonstrated understanding and interest in real estate investment management.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Series 7 and 63 certifications required.
