About the Team:
Our Asset Maintenance Team plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the longevity and efficiency of our assets. Through dedicated maintenance and proactive strategies, we aim to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. We take pride in our problem-solving approach, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence. About the Role:
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide variety of machinery, including but not limited to CNC machines, circumferential stir welders, EDM machines, and ultrasonic tanks.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production teams to address equipment issues and implement solutions that improve efficiency.
- Utilize technical documentation and schematics to diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system failures.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.
About You:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably with CNC or advanced manufacturing equipment.
- Technical certifications in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, including PLCs, motors, sensors, and hydraulics.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong problem-solving skills.
Nice to haves but not required:
- Experience with advanced automation systems or robotics.
- Background in vibration analysis, thermal imaging, or predictive maintenance techniques.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting.
