You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leads large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
  • Influences leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches
  • Predicts emerging customer needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them
  • Works within the constructs of effective Product Teams, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, an Engineering discipline, or relevant experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Architecture
  • 6+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and existing software
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
  • Experiencing working with cloud-based technologies such as Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code paradigms and related tools
  • Experience delivering software in a continuous integration & delivery model
  • Broad expertise in .net, Angular, SQL based system & software architecture design patterns

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or an Engineering discipline
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Experience in Microservices Architecture
  • Experience in Domain Driven Design
  • Experience working with PII/PHI or sensitive data
  • Understanding of Data Science and Data Engineering concepts

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
