Leading architectural and engineering firm is adding an Architect/Project Manager to their San Diego team! 



Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Principal in evaluating project requirements
  • Assist with negotiation of owner-architect agreement including fee and time schedule
  • Assist/lead some project details such as project scope, profitability, schedule and budget
  • Complete projects on time and within budget including monitoring work-hour budgets
  • Negotiate critical issues with internal and external team members
  • Monitor quality of construction documents
  • Oversee all correspondence/documents for completion and accuracy seeking legal counsel when needed
  • Coordinate/review contractor bids and make contractor recommendations
  • Assist with completion of proposals and client interviews

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Registration/License
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other graphics and project management software

 

Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
