Responsibilities: • Fraud Delivery Lead to provide end-to-end technology oversight and delivery for client projects and initiatives. • Collaborating with internal teams, service providers, and vendors including planning, execution, and successful delivery for Fraud Book Of work • Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels by establishing success metrics • Guide stakeholders and engineering teams in making informed trade-off decisions, considering business objectives, technical platform strategy, customer experience, and maintainability. • Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals; identify and define necessary system enhancements; analyze existing system logic, identify problems; and recommend and implements solutions. • Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of application support. • Aptitude for analyzing complex problems, developing practical solutions, and making timely decisions. • Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risks to minimize their impact.
