Job Summary & Responsibilities

Position Summary: AP Trade Specialist

The purpose of this job is to process payments timely and accurately for all Trade vendors as well as resolve outstanding issues that may delay payments.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

  • Process a large volume of time-critical physical and electronic invoices for payment.
  • Monitor open receipts and unmatched invoice reports daily to verify proper transactions.
  • Reconcile vendor statements.
  • Research and resolve any issues with invoices that have not been paid.
  • Communicate daily via phone, email, and fax with retail employees, management, and vendor reps.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications

To join our band, you'll need the following experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Novice understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Novice knowledge and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Pay Rate: $22.00- $23.00/hr depending on background and experience.
