UTA seeks an Analyst within the UTA Creators Team to consult for talent and the Brand Partnerships team, working directly with creators while owning projects, client relationships, and methodologies. Analysts will apply machine learning and data science to real-world problems in the creator economy within an inclusive, diverse environment that offers competitive compensation and benefits. Comfort with data and ambiguity is crucial, as the role involves open-ended problems without defined solutions. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can provide clear, creative direction to clients and introduce innovative solutions to the marketplace.
The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $80,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
Manage valuation and insights projects that focus on overarching growth and the brand partnerships space specifically
Pull and combine vendor data from 15+ unique sources to solve client issues
Organize and analyze large amounts of data to create concise takeaways and direct insights
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to effectively communicate questions, expectations, and deadlines
Integrate machine learning, automation, and advanced mathematics to develop solutions that demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking and strong creative problem‑solving skills.
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, or a related field strongly preferred
1 year of prior experience as an analyst, preferably within the entertainment or media industry
Analytical background with expertise in Microsoft Excel
Understanding of data science and machine learning concepts with an interest in technical skill development and implementation is a plus
The ability to quickly learn and willingness to ask questions in order to develop a strong understanding of the creators partnerships space
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability - an ideal candidate can combine available data with subject matter expertise to creatively service clients
Strong communication skills to help convey complex analytical solutions into actionable selling or buying insights
Reliable time management techniques that effectively manage project timelines within the Creators team
Entrepreneurial mindset that builds on established methodologies to create new products that better serve internal stakeholders and external clients
