Astrana Health is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Initiatives Analyst to support enterprise-level priorities across growth, operations, performance management, and value-based care enablement. This role sits within the Office of the CFO/COO and works directly with cross-functional leaders to drive execution, develop structured insights, and help translate strategic priorities into operational results.

What You'll Do
- Own workstreams within cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through execution
- Develop structured analyses to inform leadership decisions (financial, operational, and performance data)
- Build executive-ready materials including presentations
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Analytics, Network, Contracting, Clinical, and Technology teams to drive alignment and execution
- Identify operational gaps and propose practical, scalable solutions
- Track initiative progress, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed
- Support development of repeatable processes and project management standards across initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, economics, public health, or a related analytical field
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, healthcare operations, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to independently structure and solve complex problems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience working with data tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Experience working with large, disparate data sets and translating analysis into clear, actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive workstreams with limited oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare, MSO operations, or value-based care environments is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with performance metrics, financial modeling, or KPI tracking frameworks
Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions
- This is a hybrid position. The offices are located at 1668 S. Garfield Avenue, Alhambra, CA and 1600 Corporate Center Drive, Monterey Park, CA. Travel to our Orange office will be required monthly.
- The national target pay range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location (current or future), experience, and other job-related factors.
