- You will develop and maintain Anaplan models to support business planning and forecasting processes, build new capabilities, and leverage Anaplan data for business reporting where scalable.
- You will develop a multi-year Anaplan enhancement road-map with business and technical partners, and lead prioritization efforts across teams.
- You will align the Anaplan sales goal planning process across business reporting and ICM program needs; collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Anaplan solutions.
- You will ensure data integrity and accuracy within Anaplan models.
- You will provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Anaplan.
- You will continuously improve and optimize Anaplan models to meet evolving business needs.
- Confident communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders, foster alignment across teams, and influence decision-making through compelling storytelling and data-driven narratives.
Qualifications:
- You have 5-10 years of relevant work experience using Anaplan, including sales and data analytics, model building and maintenance.
- Proficiency in advanced tools including: Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, R, Python or other equivalent programs.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas (preferred): business, accounting, statistics, math, finance, economics, engineering or other related fields.
- You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
- You are proficient in data analysis and have a keen eye for detail.
- You have strong communication skills and can effectively convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior business leaders.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $136,858-$218,973
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
