K1 is seeking to expand our Recruiting team by hiring an Analyst to support talent acquisition across our portfolio of high-growth software companies. This is a dynamic, high-visibility role ideal for someone who is passionate about recruiting, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to grow into an executive recruiter role within private equity recruiting.
The ideal candidate brings a strong personal drive, excellent communication skills, and a desire to build lasting relationships with high-performing talent across SaaS functions. You will have direct exposure to our internal investment team and portfolio company executives, and gain hands-on experience sourcing, closing, and supporting hiring efforts from manager-level to VP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary talent researcher for the firm focused on identifying and mapping out relevant executives/advisors at target companies across the enterprise software space.
  • Expand and innovate on our executive recruiting capabilities by creating new ways to build/manage the K1 network, attract top-tier candidates to our businesses and evaluate candidates.
  • Supports 10+ executive searches at a time by sending out weekly next steps emails, collecting interview scorecards, compiling candidate notes and managing assessments. Joins Discovery calls to help with scoping of the position and determining research strategy​.
  • Act as a Project Manager and utility player for ad hoc needs for Executive Recruiting/Operations team.
  • Manages all reporting/data requests for the team (Weekly Recruiting Report, ad hoc compensation data pulls, etc.)
  • Takes ownership over all K1 Recruiting software systems and finds new ways for the team to drive efficiency and collaboration through technology.

Requirements:
  • 0-3 years of recruiting or research experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to operate independently and a high volume of research requests simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and professional integrity
  • A team-player mindset with a passion for building great organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree – first-generation college students are encouraged to apply

As of the date of this posting, K1 Investment Management, LLC reasonably expects to pay $80,000-$95,000 annually, plus a competitive bonus structure for the position of Analyst, Executive Recruiting.
