The Impact You’ll Make in this Role 

 

As an Americas Commercial Operations Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: 

  • Lead complex continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives with significant operational, customer, and commercial impact across global geographies, business segments, and cross-functional teams. 

  • Apply deep customer, operational, and end-to-end process expertise to solve ambiguous business challenges through strong cross-functional partnership, structured problem-solving, and alignment across matrixed stakeholder groups. 

  • Own and prioritize the continuous improvement pipeline in partnership with Commercial Operations, business leaders, and functional stakeholders, balancing enterprise priorities, regional needs, customer experience, and measurable business value. 

  • Drive sustainable adoption of project outcomes by engaging, influencing, and enabling diverse internal stakeholder groups through inclusive change management, training, governance, and ongoing reinforcement. 

 

 Your Skills and Expertise   
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)  AND seven (7) years of combined experience in a private, public, government or military business operations environment.  

OR

  • High School Diploma AND eleven (11) years of combined experience in a private, public, government or military business operations environment.  

  • Commercial Operations or prior experience in Business Transformation  

  • Green Belt Certification or Project management or Continuous Improvement 

 

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

 

  • Expertise in Customer Operations and end-to-end business processes, with strong healthcare customer / industry acumen.  

  • Proven cross-functional collaborator and facilitator; experienced in change management, training, and employee engagement to drive adoption.  

  • Strategic, analytical, and data-driven; experienced leading process improvement and automation in fast-paced environments to improve visibility and decision-making.  

  • Strong executive communication and advanced PowerPoint skills to translate complex topics into clear, actionable narratives.  

  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.  

  • Experience supporting initiatives tied to business performance, customer experience, and/or revenue outcomes. 

 

Work location:  

  • Remote United States 

 

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $143,200 - $196,900, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
