This role extends beyond traditional video editing responsibilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing engaging video content that supports brand awareness, audience growth, lead generation, recruiting efforts, and personal branding initiatives for company leadership. The ideal professional is highly organized, proactive, creative, and capable of leveraging AI-powered tools to scale content production efficiently.
- Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging video advertisements for Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and additional paid media channels.
- Repurpose podcasts, interviews, webinars, and existing content into multiple video formats.
- Add captions, motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects to increase engagement and audience retention.
- Optimize videos according to platform-specific best practices and audience behavior.
- Utilize AI-powered creative tools to streamline video production workflows and improve efficiency.
- Create AI-generated videos, voiceovers, avatars, animations, and visual assets when appropriate.
- Stay current on emerging AI video technologies and recommend innovative content opportunities.
- Develop and manage monthly video content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Plan and coordinate content distribution across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and advertising platforms.
- Proactively propose content ideas, campaign concepts, creative angles, and storytelling approaches.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support educational, promotional, recruiting, thought leadership, and brand-awareness initiatives.
- Maintain a balanced mix of organic content, founder-focused content, recruiting content, and paid advertising creatives.
- Monitor video performance metrics including engagement, watch time, audience retention, click-through rates, and reach.
- Analyze content performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Test new formats, hooks, creative styles, and content strategies to improve results and maximize impact.
- Contribute to brand awareness, lead generation, audience growth, and overall marketing performance through video content.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing, content creation, multimedia production, or related fields.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with social media content, video advertising, YouTube content, or comparable projects.
- Advanced proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Sora, or similar solutions.
- Solid understanding of current social media trends and platform-specific content strategies.
- Ability to balance creativity with marketing performance objectives.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to create content that increases engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and content distribution strategies.
- Experience analyzing content performance and making data-driven recommendations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
