We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Solutions Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between business needs and technical implementation of artificial intelligence solutions. As a strategic technology leader, you will drive AI innovation and integration across our organization's IT infrastructure, consulting directly with business units to identify, design, and implement compliant AI use cases that deliver measurable business value. In this pivotal role, you will develop comprehensive AI strategies, manage advanced technical capabilities, and ensure responsible adoption of AI technologies across IT systems and business processes.

Primary Duties:

  • Business Consultation & Use Case Discovery:
  • Consult directly with business units to identify high-potential AI opportunities that align with strategic objectives
  • Lead discovery workshops and needs assessment sessions with stakeholders at all levels
  • Translate business challenges into technically feasible AI use cases with clear success metrics
  • Develop prioritization frameworks to assess AI initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements
  • Guide business stakeholders through the AI solution lifecycle from concept to implementation
  • AI Solution Design & Architecture:
  • Design end-to-end AI solution architectures that balance innovation with practical implementation considerations
  • Create technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps
  • Select appropriate AI approaches, methodologies, and technologies based on business requirements
  • Develop data strategies including sources, preparation, governance, and quality requirements
  • Design integration approaches with existing systems and business processes
  • Compliance & Ethical AI Governance:
  • Ensure all AI solutions adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies
  • Implement privacy-by-design and security-by-design principles in AI solutions
  • Develop frameworks for bias detection, fairness evaluation, and model explainability
  • Create model documentation standards and review processes for compliance validation
  • Design appropriate human oversight mechanisms for AI systems
  • Implementation & Adoption Support:
  • Provide technical guidance during solution development and implementation phases
  • Support testing and validation of AI solutions against business requirements and performance metrics
  • Develop adoption strategies and change management approaches for AI initiatives
  • Create measurement frameworks to track business impact and ROI of implemented solutions
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to business stakeholders for long-term solution ownership
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Serve as the technical bridge between business units, data science teams, and IT departments
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk management teams to address governance requirements
  • Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders in business-relevant terms
  • Build consensus among diverse stakeholders around AI solution approaches
  • Advocate for responsible and ethical AI practices throughout the organization

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design, enterprise architecture, or technical consulting
  • Proven track record designing and implementing compliant AI solutions across multiple business domains
  • Experience with AI governance frameworks, responsible AI principles, and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of major cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS AI Services, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Cloud AI)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience in stakeholder management and business requirements gathering

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
  • Certifications in cloud AI services, solution architecture, or project management
  • Experience with MLOps practices and tooling for production AI systems
  • Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, insurance) with compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and their implications for AI systems
  • Experience in model risk management, model validation, or AI auditing
  • Background in change management or digital transformation initiatives
  • Consultative mindset with strong listening and needs analysis skills
  • Business acumen with ability to align technical solutions to business objectives
  • Intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
  • Ethical approach to AI design and implementation
  • Strategic thinking balanced with pragmatic problem-solving
  • Collaborative team player who excels in cross-functional environments
