The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will lead large projects and innovate processes to promote operational excellence. As a Senior Manager you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge and influence to drive results and deliver quality outcomes for clients.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of progressive roles managing IT quality assurance and control within software/systems development processes
- Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college-level training.
What Sets You Apart
- Preferred field(s) of study: Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems
- Foundations Certification preferred
- Demonstrating in-depth abilities in Agile practices and DevOps
- Understanding Quality Metrics, KPIs, and Data Analytics
- Managing Service Level Agreements and dashboard reporting
- Influencing others through direct and indirect reports
- Working with Business and IT partners for quality delivery
- Driving continuous service improvements for customer experience

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
