This Summer Internship is from May/June through August 29th (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday in person in the specified office location. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university interested in continuing their education through professional experience.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

Marketing Operations plays a pivotal role in showcasing our diverse range of marketing materials, from trailers and TV/digital spots to movie posters and outdoor billboards, to audiences worldwide. Our goal is to expertly master, localize, and distribute a multitude of marketing assets, ensuring the successful promotion of our films globally. We pride ourselves on our agility and efficiency, managing high volumes of content under tight deadlines across various markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the implementation and optimization of Airtable solutions to streamline workflow management and reduce email dependency
  • Analyze current workflows and processes to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation
  • Support the development and implementation of Generative AI enterprise solutions for marketing operations workflows
  • Collaborate with teams to document, test, and optimize new automated processes
  • Assist in creating technical documentation and training materials for new systems
  • Support the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
  • Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python
  • Experience with workflow automation and process optimization
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and applications
  • Demonstrated experience with database management and workflow platforms (e.g., Airtable)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
  • Previous experience in entertainment or media industry
  • Hands-on experience with systems like ChatGPT API or similar large language models
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Knowledge of HTML and web technologies
  • Previous internship or work experience in process automation or digital transformation
  • Understanding of post-production workflows and digital asset management systems
  • Python experience is a plus

The anticipated base salary for this position is $22-37/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
