Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI solutions in the business function - from vision, roadmap, and backlog to adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Lead discovery - user research, persona development, and requirements gathering - and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog.
- Serve as the single voice of the customer for the agile delivery team; translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and release planning.
- Prototype GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, including prompt/context engineering and evaluation.
- Integrate LLMs via APIs, function/tool calling, and structured outputs; test and validate AI agents that automate or augment business workflows.
- Partner with data engineering to identify data sources, design pipelines/ETL, and ensure data quality, security, governance, and observability at scale.
- Direct UX/UI design in partnership with developers; lead training, change management, and adoption strategy; build feedback loops for continuous iteration.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Data Science, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related area.
- 3+ years of experience across product management/ownership, business process analysis, data science, software development, and/or data engineering in semiconductor industry or related field
- Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM/GenAI applications, with strong Python, SQL, and data manipulation skills.
- Experience deploying applications and applying software engineering fundamentals - testing, version control, and API design.
- Strong customer and collaborator communication, backlog management, and systems-thinking skills to translate ambiguous business problems into shipped AI products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Product Owner, Data Scientist, or Data Engineer.
- Proven experience partnering with business function stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Business Unit teams).
- MLOps/LLMOps tooling and production AI experience.
- Experience with Snowflake/Cortex and vector databases.
- Experience building multi-agent systems.
