​​​Liquidity Services is seeking an AI Enablement & Process Automation Lead to help accelerate the adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Microsoft Power Platform across the enterprise. This role serves as a bridge between business operations and technology, helping teams identify opportunities to improve productivity, streamline business processes, and leverage AI agents as digital coworkers.​ 

​The ideal candidate combines strong business process analysis skills with a practical understanding of Copilot, prompt engineering, agent design, change management, and user enablement. ​ 

Responsibilities

AI Adoption & Training 

  • Develop and deliver training programs for business users on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, and AI best practices. 

  • Coach employees on prompt engineering techniques and effective AI interaction patterns. 
  • Create reusable prompt libraries, playbooks, templates, and training materials. 
  • Establish a community of practice for AI power users and champions. 

Business Process Analysis 

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Customer Support, and Marketplace teams to understand workflows. 

  • Assess current-state processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvement. 
  • Create business cases and ROI estimates for automation opportunities. 
  • Develop implementation roadmaps for AI-enabled process transformation. 

Agent Strategy & Design 

  • Identify potential use cases for Copilot agents and intelligent workflows. 

  • Define agent requirements, data sources, knowledge repositories, and governance models. 
  • Work with technical developers to validate feasibility and deployment plans. 
  • Establish standards for grounding, prompt design, security, and responsible AI usage. 

Adoption Measurement 

  • Track utilization, adoption, and business outcomes. 

  • Measure productivity gains and process improvements. 
  • Report AI program progress to IT and business leadership. 
Qualifications

Education/ Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience  

  • 5+ years of business analysis, consulting, process improvement, or digital transformation experience.  
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365.  
  • Experience facilitating workshops and training programs.  
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping.  
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Skills and Ability:

  • ​​Minimum of 3-years business analysis, systems analyst, application developer, or architect​ 
  • ​​Experience working in a multi-team Agile/Scrum work environment.  
  • ​Understanding and working knowledge of Internet technologies and web-based software development. 
  • ​Solid understanding of data mapping, APIs, and integration technologies is a must. 
  • ​Working knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g. Miro) is plus. 
  • ​Base understanding and experience with functional testing and validation 
  • ​Ability to create simple SQL queries. 
  • ​Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or automation technologies.  
  • ​Prompt engineering experience.  
  • ​Lean Six Sigma or process improvement background.  
  • ​Experience building business cases and ROI models.​ 
  • ​​Experience with work item and defect tracking management systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.)​
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High integrity and accountability  
  • Strong attention to detail and track record of producing quality work 
  • Team player with strong work ethic, and a quick learner 
  • Comfortable pushing management and teams to decisions; willing to push back for information and answers. 

Work Conditions/ Physical Demands

  • This position is primarily performed in a home office or other approved remote work environment. The employee is expected to maintain a safe, secure, and distraction-free workspace with reliable internet access. Duties primarily involve prolonged periods of sitting, working on a computer, and communicating via phone and video conferencing. 
  • The employee must be able to frequently use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment, as well as communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and business partners. Occasional lifting of office materials or equipment up to 15 pounds may be required. 

 

Travel:

  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings, training, or business needs (up to 10%).

Pay & Benefits:

Compensation is determined by various factors such as location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal and external equity and organizational needs. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

The salary range for this position is $88,200 to $99,250 annually.  The posted range reflects our national average range for the job. We may ultimately pay more or less than the published range based on the factors mentioned above. This range may be modified in the future.
