Provides advanced client and internal stakeholder support for online marketplaces through phone, email, and chat. Investigates complex account, operational, and system issues, identifies root causes, coordinates cross-functional resolutions, documents interactions, processes account adjustments, and supports training, reporting, quality assurance, testing, process improvements, and standard operating procedures. The role operates independently in a remote environment and has no supervisory responsibilities.

Lead enterprise adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform by analyzing business processes, designing AI agents, building ROI-backed automation roadmaps, delivering training and prompt engineering best practices, and measuring utilization and productivity improvements across functions.

Monitor live auctions to optimize asset visibility and outcomes, maintain listing quality, create daily watch lists, track auction activity, identify and escalate suspicious or non-compliant participant behavior, and partner with sales and customer success to improve seller performance and marketplace integrity.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations across AWS, Azure, and BigQuery. Normalize, aggregate, and ensure data quality for large web and transactional datasets, leveraging APIs, ETL/orchestration tools, and big-data technologies to support analytics and BI in an e-commerce environment.

Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled automation using Power Platform and Copilot Studio. Build Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse solutions, conversational agents, API integrations, and enterprise-grade authentication. Define architecture, governance, ALM, environment standards, and mentor citizen developers while collaborating with stakeholders and supporting operational monitoring.

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of government clients through onboarding, training, hands-on field support, and consultative outreach. Increase platform utilization, re-engage inactive accounts, represent the company at events, and ensure high-quality auction listings while traveling extensively within the territory.

Manage full client lifecycle for a portfolio of accounts: qualify inbound leads, onboard clients, drive revenue growth, retention, and expansion. Serve as primary client contact, execute strategic account plans, collaborate cross-functionally for pre/post-sales, maintain pipeline and forecasts in CRM, lead client meetings, and provide hands-on operational support.

Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests for enterprise web applications. Build and maintain automation scripts, dashboards, and test cases; perform backend/database validation, API testing, defect tracking, and release verification across multiple projects. Support test strategy, execution, and post-production validation.
