Vocal Media is seeking an AI Content Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations and growth of its AI-powered social media accounts. In this role, you’ll oversee high-volume content publishing, build scalable creative systems, and improve automated workflows to boost engagement and performance. This is a full-time position through November 2026, with the opportunity for extension.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operations for multiple GenAI social accounts, ensuring consistent posting cadence, creative quality, and platform relevance.
- Manage daily content publishing pipelines, including scheduling, captioning, and performance monitoring across accounts.
- Maintain and optimize high-volume posting systems designed for AI-generated content workflows.
- Ensure automated and semi-automated content outputs are reviewed, curated, and published on a consistent schedule.
- Track performance across accounts and iterate on content formats, prompts, and posting strategies to improve engagement and growth.
- Identify opportunities to expand successful accounts into new automated content series or additional GenAI properties.
- Lead the development of GenAI-driven account concepts, designing scalable content formats, narratives, and publishing strategies tailored for automated production.
- Architect repeatable creative systems that translate brand strategy into AI-powered content pipelines across multiple social accounts.
- Define and evolve content operating models for GenAI-native accounts, balancing cultural relevance, automation, and performance.
- Use performance data and audience insights to refine content frameworks, publishing strategies, and automation systems.
- Design and own end-to-end automated workflows for AI-powered content creation, including ideation, generation, editing, and publishing.
- Build scalable creative pipelines using tools such as Runway, Veo, Higgsfield, Sora, ChatGPT, and other emerging GenAI platforms.
- Develop modular prompt systems, templates, and automation frameworks that enable high-volume content production across multiple accounts.
- Integrate AI tools with automation platforms and operational systems to reduce manual work and increase creative velocity.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new AI tools and capabilities to expand creative possibilities and operational efficiency.
- Document and maintain AI creative systems, workflow architecture, and operational playbooks for cross-team adoption.
- Mentor and support AI Studio team members on production workflows and creative automation tools.
- Partner with the Director of AI Creative Strategy and Senior Director of Innovation to prototype new AI-native content formats and production systems.
- Manage operational management of AI content production systems, including workflow tracking, automation monitoring, and production timelines.
- Maintain and evolve systems for content requests, approvals, deliverables, and cross-team collaboration.
- Coordinate with internal teams to integrate GenAI workflows into broader creative and social processes.
- Contribute to the long-term development of AI Studio infrastructure, tooling, and operational standards, and other support to the team as assigned.
