Responsibilities

 
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community outreach

  • Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend tailored insurance solutions

  • Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products

  • Deliver outstanding service and develop long-term client relationships

  • Achieve monthly sales and service goals

  • Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends

 

Qualifications & Skills

 
  • Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (not required)

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
