Responsibilities
Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community outreach
Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend tailored insurance solutions
Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
Deliver outstanding service and develop long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly sales and service goals
Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
Qualifications & Skills
Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (not required)
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bilingual abilities are a plus
