Affiliate Marketing Manager – Wheel of Fortune

The Affiliate Marketing Manager for Wheel of Fortune supports station partners across the syndicated footprint by delivering marketing resources, managing local-market needs, and ensuring affiliates have the tools necessary to effectively promote the show. Reporting to the Executive Director of Affiliate Relations & Marketing, this role enhances partner relationships, supports localized promotional efforts, and contributes to the continued success of the franchise.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Partner Support
- Act as a primary liaison for Wheel of Fortune station affiliates, addressing marketing requests, coordinating asset distribution, and providing ongoing support.
- Foster strong relationships across key markets to ensure consistent communication and alignment with national priorities.
- Keep affiliates informed on upcoming stunts, themed weeks, special episodes, and promotional opportunities.
Marketing Materials & Asset Delivery
- Manage deployment of affiliate-focused toolkits, tune-in spots, customizable graphics, digital assets, and social creative.
- Support customization of co-branded materials to meet individual affiliate needs and market strategies.
- Maintain organized systems for tracking asset distribution, usage, and updates.
Campaign Execution
- Assist with affiliate-driven promotions, market activations, sweepstakes, on-air integrations, and community events tied to franchise initiatives.
- Track creative adoption at the station level, identifying ways to increase visibility and maximize local tune-in.
- Ensure all materials adhere to Wheel of Fortune’s brand identity and creative guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Creative, Social, Production, and Brand teams to ensure coherent messaging across platforms.
- Work closely with Research to supply affiliates with relevant market insights, ratings data, and competitive context when needed.
- Coordinate with Distribution and Programming to ensure affiliates receive timely updates and assets aligned with programming priorities.
Reporting & Insights
- Monitor affiliate engagement and promotional activity, delivering regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Identify trends, partner needs, and opportunities to improve affiliate satisfaction and promotional success.
- Contribute to planning materials, presentations, and updates for station groups, broadcast owners, and key partners.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, entertainment marketing, or TV station relations.
- Strong understanding of the broadcast ecosystem and syndicated programming.
- Excellent communication, partner management, and organizational skills.
- Experience coordinating marketing assets across broadcast, digital, and social environments.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Enthusiasm for the Wheel of Fortune brand and its long-standing connection with audiences.
