About The Role

GiddyUp’s Affiliate Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of GiddyUp’s Marketing Partners by acting as a strategic collaborator and advisor. First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who has direct experience managing paid media affiliates. This role will focus on nurturing strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering impactful insights that contribute to the mutual success of GiddyUp and its partners. The core function of this role is to drive revenue across a wide portfolio of Marketing Partners through GiddyUp offerings.

What You'll Do

  • Partner Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for GiddyUp’s Marketing Partners, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to drive partner loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Understand each partner’s unique business needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Revenue Growth & Opportunity Identification:
  • Proactively analyze partner performance data to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partner initiatives with GiddyUp’s business goals.
  • Present and implement new campaigns, product features, and promotional strategies tailored to partner objectives.
  • Generate a high volume of quality tests across all new offers launched to the network.
  • Analyze campaign performance to help maximize scaling campaigns and turnaround decreasing campaigns.
  • Build book of business from other existing accounts that are inactive. 
  • Research trending offers, sales funnels, conversion rates, total conversion, areas of opportunity and work with Marketing Partners to optimize and grow revenue.
  • Onboard qualified inbound leads.
  • Re-engage cold accounts in order to activate accounts.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track and evaluate partner performance metrics, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop customized reports to clearly communicate results, trends, and opportunities to partners.
  • Share market trends and competitive intelligence to help partners stay ahead in their respective industries.
  • Education & Training:
  • Provide partners with training on GiddyUp’s platform, tools, and resources to maximize their success.
  • Conduct regular  one-on-one sessions to keep partners informed about new offerings, best practices, and success stories.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of partner campaigns.
  • collaborate with internal teams to provide offer specific feedback regarding current performance, future expectations, and potential opportunities.
  • Advocate for partner needs and feedback within GiddyUp to influence product development and innovation.

  • Client Relationship Management: builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships, understands marketing partner needs and delivers tailored solutions, increases marketing partner retention through effective relationship management, ensures the marketing partner's needs are fully met.
  • Revenue Growth: effectively grows book of business by driving revenue across a wide portfolio of marketing partners, generates revenue through GiddyUp offerings and building book of business from other existing accounts that are inactive.

Required Education & Experience:

  • 5+ years experience working in a fast paced sales environment.
  • Experience working in internet marketing and direct response marketing.
  • Experience working in e-commerce. 
  • Experience working in affiliate marketing.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business management, finance, marketing or related field. 
  • Demonstrated experience using affiliate tracking tools e.g. Everflow, CAKE, HitPath, Has Offers.
  • Experience working in a key marketing position.
  • Experience building and scaling acquisition programs that target consumers as well as experience in media planning across a broad online media mix.
  • Experience learning and using new technology quickly.   
  • Experience working with Ad Platforms and Traffic Sources e.g. GDN, Facebook, Native.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of content marketing.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment.
