Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in network database engineering, process automation, network infrastructure documentation, telecommunications infrastructure, advisory or professional services
- 3+ years' experience as an Architect, Network Consulting Engineer, or Consultant
- Thorough understanding of Cable Matrix and ePIF, Cisco IOS and NX-OS operating systems
- Extensive experience with pre/post network audits, Cisco A-Z audits, and Device42
- 3+ years of experience with Erickson Adaptive Inventory (EAI)
- 3+ years of experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, CoPilot)
- Demonstrated leadership, team building, and management skills
- Demonstrated technical consulting experience in one or more of the following vertical sectors: finance, health care, technology, or telecommunications
- Advanced client-facing skills, including the ability to analyze complex problems, influence and negotiate with clients

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $102,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Overview
The Advisor participates in the day-to-day operations of an Enterprise Solutions project until completion. An Advisor must be capable of taking direction from various Senior, Lead, and Principal Advisors and participating as part of the overall project team. The Advisor participates in customer-facing Enterprise Solutions projects of medium to large-size or complexity.

- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Proactively detects technical deficiencies and develops practical, workable solutions to problems
