Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Enterprise Solutions team at GE HealthCare; a team that partners with our large strategic customers to tackle the evolving challenges of global healthcare. This role is part of the Strategic Advisory Team who combine proven methodologies with strategic, clinical, and operational knowledge to advise and support our customers to empower technology-enabled care transformation. We focus on the people, processes, structure, and governance surrounding the equipment, systems, and technology to identify and enable changes designed to optimize the value and return on client’s investments.
 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Delivers pieces of the overall customer engagement with a focus on achieving desired customer value/return on investment

  • Supports delivery of customer commitments, by planning and completing high quality assigned advisory work on time and on budget

  • Collects, validates, analyzes, and synthesizes data to support project objectives

  • Applies critical thinking and various problem-solving techniques to frame, shape, socialize and implement solutions aligned to project objectives

  • Prepares and delivers succinct, clear, and insightful and influential executive-level presentations and reports

  • Supports the engagement communication plan, including simple issue escalations and ongoing program communications

  • Facilitates effective, cross-functional meetings, and working sessions with customers and GE stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a business, operations management, finance, or process engineering focus and at least 3 years working experience

  • Healthcare background either working with or at customers (hospitals)

  • Experience consulting in a healthcare related field

  • Experience developing and/or presenting information to stakeholders and/or leadership

  • Previous experience working in a consultative environment, whether internal or external

  • Demonstrated experience analyzing data using Microsoft Excel

Desired Characteristics

  • Change management experience

  • Healthcare finance experience

  • Healthcare strategy experience

The level of travel estimated for this position varies between 25-50%, which we will continue to review to ensure we are working as efficiently as possible, whilst also fostering a healthy work life balance.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $96,000.00-$144,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
