Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships and helping clients find the right insurance solutions? We're looking for an Insurance Advisor who is driven to grow a book of business, deliver exceptional client experiences, and make a lasting impact in the community.

Job Description:

  • Generate new business while managing and renewing existing client accounts

  • Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend customized coverage solutions

  • Present insurance proposals clearly and professionally, ensuring clients understand their coverage options

  • Close new business and collect all required applications and documentation

  • Partner closely with the service team to ensure a seamless client experience after the sale

  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, community involvement, and industry events

  • Build strong relationships with insurance carrier partners and local centers of influence

  • Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends

  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation while following agency procedures

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly new business goals

  • Represent the agency professionally within the community and with carrier partners

Experience:

  • Strong sales, relationship-building, and communication skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a pipeline

  • Organized with exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning agency management systems

  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License

  • Previous insurance sales or consultative sales experience preferred

  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings, networking events, and community involvement

  • Valid driver's license
