ProSync is seeking passionate Advanced Planning Specialist to help ensure security and intelligence compliance with policies and regulations, drawing on some of the nation's leading personnel and cybersecurity thought leaders for enhancing, accelerating, and assuring the United States Navy's ability to counter existing and emerging security threats.
This position offers a salary in the range of $125k-140k based on numerous factors, including degree and overall experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This position handles the support of the Sensitive Compartment Information Facility. This role includes:
- Taking the lead in managing various IT or Security/Intelligence related implementations or initiatives, ensuring that projects align with organizational goals and adhere to industry standards,
- Overseeing and coordinating a diverse range of activities and operations with both internal and external customers, fostering effective communication and collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions.
- Actively interfacing with program personnel and stakeholders, facilitating discussions to gather insights, address concerns, and enhance overall project efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Three (3) years of experience in:
- Support exercise planning across the Joint Event Lifecycle;
- Participate in planning meetings and develop and present plans documentation;
- Conducting research and analysis of full spectrum operations in a joint, multinational, and interagency context;
- Assist in observer/controller activities and document lessons learned for after action reporting; and
- Support training plans and program development.
- One (1) year of experience in:
- Provides expert analysis of other DoD, Interagency, and multinational operations to ensure synchronization with USCENTCOM objectives and
- Coordinates with other agencies and conveys a feasibility analysis for planned missions.
- If a proposed individual does not meet both the required education and experience qualifications, (10) years of professional technical activities related to joint planning would be considered equivalent.
- Three (3) of these seven (7) years should demonstrate experience in “1” through “5” and one (1) of those seven (7) years should demonstrate experience in “1” and “2”.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline.
