Experts in Their Field: You have a demonstrated history of developing and executing paid media strategies across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Pinterest, with mandatory proficiency in both Google and Meta platforms.

Compelling Communicators: You are skilled at writing persuasive ad copy and collaborating cross-functionally with creative teams to produce visuals that convert. You are also comfortable communicating with clients about their ads, with the ability to tailor your communication to different levels of technical understanding.

Data-Driven Decision-Makers: You are comfortable monitoring campaign performance daily and making real-time, data-backed optimizations to maximize results across platforms.

Tech-Savvy Doers: You stay on top of platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends so your strategies are always ahead of the curve.


Requirements
  • U.S.-Based
  • 2+ years of experience managing paid ads with a track record of strong results
  • Proficiency in keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, etc.) and Google Analytics/Search Console
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (LinkedIn, Reddit, and Pinterest are a plus)
  • Deep understanding of audience targeting, testing frameworks, and conversion optimization
  • Strong copy instincts - you know what grabs attention and gets the click
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into action
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple campaigns at once
  • Reliable computer with strong & consistent internet connection
