In This Role

You will provide administrative and operational support to a manager and a larger on-site team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will manage calendars and schedules, coordinate travel, meetings, and events, and support day-to-day business operations. You will also assist with hardware and procurement ordering, space and facilities coordination, new-hire onboarding, and a variety of administrative and ad-hoc requests. The role requires flexibility to support multiple teams and work across two nearby office locations as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to an individual manager and broader team.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinate domestic and business travel arrangements.
  • Plan and support meetings, team events, and onsite activities.
  • Assist with new-hire onboarding and related administrative activities.
  • Process and coordinate hardware, supplies, and procurement orders.
  • Support department financial and administrative operations.
  • Coordinate space, facilities, and office-related needs.
  • Respond to day-to-day administrative and ad-hoc requests.
  • Manage multiple priorities while supporting varying business needs across teams.
  • Work onsite across two nearby office locations as required.
  • Complete special projects and other administrative assignments as needed.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Prior professional administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity tools, including:
    • Outlook
    • PowerPoint
    • Excel
  • Experience with procurement, ordering, or purchasing-related activities.
  • Ability to manage schedules and coordinate day-to-day administrative activities.
  • Ability to support multiple teams and adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Ability and willingness to work fully onsite across both designated office locations.
  • Availability to support a long-term contract assignment, including potential extensions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting a corporate or enterprise environment.
  • Business administration or related academic/professional background.
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning workplace technologies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple requests.
  • Familiarity with Outlook and other administrative support platforms.
  • Experience supporting procurement, hardware ordering, or office operations.
  • Flexibility to support different teams and business functions.
  • Comfortable traveling between two nearby office locations while maintaining a consistent onsite presence.
  • Proactive, self-directed approach with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Onsite: Willing to work across Mountain View(1 day) and Santa Clara (4 days) office locations.

Compensation

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.

For candidates based in California State, the anticipated compensation range is $20 - $25 per hour. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final compensation and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.
