Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients, handling inbound and outbound communications with kindness and professionalism.

  • Manage patient scheduling, including booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments efficiently.

  • Conduct diligent follow-up with patients to ensure continuity of care and address any ongoing needs.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within the designated systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless patient care and resolve inquiries.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the patient support process.



Requirements
  • Must possess an exceptionally high level of English proficiency, both in verbal and written communication.

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a healthcare or related environment.

  • A naturally empathetic, patient, and approachable demeanor is essential.

  • Proven ability to be a proactive problem-solver who takes initiative.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience using CRM platforms, scheduling software, and standard office communication tools.

  • A strong interest in or previous exposure to the healthcare industry is highly valued.

  • Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
