Essential Functions
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
- Review and work with teams on escalating workloads as needed
- Assisting with labeling and scanning of claims
- Logging of claims, checks, metrics, reporting incoming mail, claims production, etc.
- Interaction between staff members on workflow and processes
- Knowledge of department and Navia systems as required for this position.
- General office clerical duties
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Good attendance
- Good work attitude, adaptability and multi-tasking abilities
- Independent/self-motivated and ability to work in team environment
- Willingness to work outside scheduled work hours as needed, especially during our peak season
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of 10-key
- Good organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills with co-workers
