- Prepares all access badges.
- Supports HR and other departments with filing, employee events, and other duties as needed.
- Assist with payroll checks distribution for the SD Plant.
- Create and enter PRs and POs as requested by HR and Finance.
- Provides Administrative support to Staff as needed.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time.
- Self-started who can work independently.
