Acrisure’s massively valuable, high margin distribution network combines the strength of trusted advisors with growth and efficiency enabled by AI.   Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant specializes in providing administrative support for a department or group of individuals. The Administrative Assistant would support small to mid-size departments in a variety of ways including answering phone calls, emails, and handling of incoming/outgoing mail.Responsibilities: 
  • Office operations: Assist with daily operations, including mail, phones, supplies, equipment, and vendors. 
  • Facility Management: Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment, coordinating with the platform administration manager when necessary. 
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Assist with coordination of meetings, appointments, and events. 
  • Procurement: Manage office supplies, equipment, promotional items, and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective solutions. 
  • Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and celebrations. 
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues or challenges that arise within the office environment. 
  • Support Account Management: Help support client print jobs and shipment of client materials. 
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operations of the office.

Requirements: 
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills 
  • Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy 
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information 
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude 
 Education/Experience: 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.  College Degree preferred. 
  • Familiarity with administrative processes  
  • Equivalent work experience in administrative roles 

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $19 - $26. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
