Requires strong organization, prioritization, confidentiality, typing accuracy, office software proficiency, and at least three years of administrative or secretarial experience.

- Prepare and process confidential memos, reports and proposals with accuracy
- Maintain organized files and records, distribute correspondence and sort incoming mail
- Generate reports, graphs and charts to support departmental needs
- Arrange meetings and events, including logistics for hotel, catering and audio/visual requirements
- Operate office equipment and troubleshoot minor issues to maintain workflow
- Conduct research and data analysis to assist management and perform liaison duties as needed
- Coordinate management schedules, appointments and travel arrangements for efficient operations

Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- College coursework in business, related field or equivalent
Experience
- 3+ years of administrative or secretarial work experience

- Proficient with 10-key adding machine
- Competent with computers and software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets
