Job Description

Your Role

Directly assisting the Los Angeles-based team members of Invesco Real Estate as well as helping to support other team members through the Admin Team network. As the administrative assistant, you will be involved directly in the success of the business. By managing client meetings, booking travel and assisting in other business item, you ensure the days function smoothly and efficiently.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Calendaring - booking meetings between team members, or coordinating client visits.
  • Booking travel (US & International) and managing any disruptions
  • Expense Reporting - completing business expense reports
  • Office Management - assisting when visitors come into the office, both internal and external
  • Managing catering and restaurant reservations
  • Other general business needs - client database management, committee presentations
  • Assisting up to six Managing Directors - managing their calendars, booking travel, expense reporting, along with any other additional business needs.
  • May act as an informal resource for Team members with less experience

  • History in Administration work is a plus but not required.
  • Applies knowledge of how the Team integrates with other Teams to achieve objectives
  • Receives general supervision on new assignments, no supervision on routine tasks

Please note, this role provides a base salary of up to $90,000 USD which is dependent upon the qualifications, skills and experience of the selected candidate.
