Labcorp is seeking a Remote Administrative Assistant III to join our team!

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced administrative support to departmental leadership and staff.

  • Manage calendars, meetings, training events, and travel-related activities.

  • Prepare, edit, and maintain reports, presentations, records, and confidential documents.

  • Manage controlled documents, SOPs, forms, and compliance-related records.

  • Compile data, perform data quality reviews, and support reporting activities.

  • Process purchase orders, reimbursements, work orders, and facility requests.

  • Coordinate inventory, equipment maintenance, vendor communications, and supply ordering.

  • Track attendance and support workforce scheduling needs.

  • Maintain system access documentation and user permission records.

  • Provide guidance and task support to Administrative Assistant I and II staff.

  • Support department-specific activities and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma with 5 or more years of administrative support experience; or Associate degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a closely aligned field with 3 or more years of experience; or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a closely aligned field with 1 or more years of experience.

  • 1 or more years of related Administrative experience supporting healthcare, research, finance, or other regulated environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a closely aligned field.

  • Experience working in Information Technology (IT)

The Administrative Assistant III provides advanced administrative and operational support to ensure efficient departmental operations. This role supports documentation, scheduling, reporting, compliance activities, inventory and project management, and cross-functional initiatives while serving as a resource for administrative processes and procedures.

Pay Range: $20.50 - $24.50
