The Role:
We are looking for an administrative professional who treats administrative support as a high-level craft. You will support four Directors, requiring you to exercise extraordinary judgment and problem-solving. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to grow as an assistant.
Responsibilities
You will own the complex calendars for four Directors, navigating high-stakes scheduling across multiple time zones and departments. You don't just book meetings; you protect their time by understanding their priorities.
Act as the "air traffic controller" for the team, prioritizing and coordinating support between leadership to ensure the Film, Animation and Analytics desks are always aligned.
Serve as the face of exec’s offices, interfacing with external partners and internal stakeholders with world-class discretion and tact.
Lead the logistics for domestic and international travel and manage meticulous expense reporting, ensuring every detail is accounted for in a fast-moving environment.
You seek "context over control." You anticipate needs before they are voiced and proactively solve scheduling conflicts or workflow bottlenecks before they impact the team.
Work with curiosity, a growth mind-set, inclusion, and open-mindedness to support a diverse and high-performing team.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant, with a clear desire to grow and lead within the administrative space.
Experience supporting entertainment, production, or high-tech operations is a significant plus; you understand the rhythm of a studio.
You possess a "First Principles" approach to critical thinking and can make sound decisions under pressure with minimal supervision.
You have a proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
Expert-level proficiency in Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and the ability to build high-impact decks in Google Slides.
Crisp, concise, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
You are a self-starter who can work independently under tight timeframes.
