Fabletics is looking for an Acquisition Marketing Specialist.

How Do You Fit In?

The Marketing Associate, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) at Fabletics will be responsible for extracting maximum efficiency from customer acquisition traffic and campaigns (paid and unpaid). The primary responsibility of this role is to own the site experience of leads and increase conversion of this traffic into customers via funnel optimization and creation. Fabletics has high traffic volume on site and there’s opportunity to conduct frequent high-volume tests and get results quickly. Must thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and changing demands. This role will allow the Acquisition Manager ample creative freedom to explore strategies and executions to drive customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, creative, and analytical person who will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition. This is a heavily cross functional role, and you will thrive at creating productive relationships through a team mindset, and clear communication of upsides/business cases to gain buy in and action. Cross functional partners include creative, media, analytics, product, CRM, and marketing.

This position will report to the Senior Director, Growth - Fabletics.

What can you bring:

  • 2 years' experience in Marketing or similar experience required
  • Experience utilizing web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Launch and/or other digital analytics and marketing tools
  • 2 years or more experience utilizing A/B testing software such as Adobe Target, VWO, Optimizely or related software programs
  • Strong knowledge of statistical concepts related to A/B testing. Understanding of how to gather data-driven insights from program performance and develop recommendations to drive continuous improvement in results.
  • Test and learn mindset with strong marketing instincts
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to comprehend complex, technical challenges
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Expert collaborator and leader who thrives in cross-functional environments. Able to easily context switch based on audience, translate needs from one team to another, and influence stakeholders and leadership to achieve alignment.
  • Excellent project management skills. Able to organize and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time with high quality.
  • Experience working with creative teams, with an ability to translate business marketing plans into clear and actionable creative requests.
  • Comfortable getting your hands dirty and implementing programs from start-to-finish.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology or similar focus preferred.

  

What you will do:  

  • Lead conversion rate optimization efforts for Fabletics’ consumer-facing website, landing pages, first time visitor pages and funnels.
  • Test and build personalized experience by traffic source (optimized Landers for google vs. Facebook vs TV traffic etc.)
  • Help concept, build, implement and manage a robust pipeline of optimization tests in partnership with internal teams, continuously improving conversion metrics and driving new customer acquisition.
  • Execute A/B and multivariate (MVT) optimization tests that drive fundamental improvements to the website experience and performance.
  • Manage the end-to-end experimentation process including hypothesis setting, test design, KPI selection and goals, test execution, results measuring and recommendations
  • Partner with our product, marketing analytics teams as well as vendors to ensure tests are set up properly and data is collected and accurate
  • Stay abreast of marketing calendars so brand launches and promotions are showcased on the homepage
  • Ensure timely, high-quality execution of the roadmap, with a rapid test and learn mindset to help you refine your approach over time. Rapidly implement winners and optimize the test and learn plan based on past results.
  • Actively monitor and report on the performance across the CRO program. Continually optimize based on results while ensuring brand standards are applied and maintained across all properties.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $68,640-$80,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
