Our Client

Responsibilities
  • Monitor employee expense submissions to ensure completeness and accuracy, including proper project coding, work codes, and required receipts.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for vendor setup requests across the organization.

  • Determine vendor status within the accounting system and guide internal teams on next steps based on existing records.

  • Coordinate the vendor onboarding process, including sending invitations, communicating required documentation, and supporting vendors through the submission process.

  • Collaborate with accounting, finance, and business operations teams to ensure accurate coding, timely processing, and adherence to internal controls.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • Experience with accounting or ERP systems (Maconomy or similar strongly preferred).

  • Background in accounting, finance operations, or vendor management is a plus

  • Exceptional communication and customer-service skills, with the ability to guide vendors through documentation requirements and resolve issues tactfully.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through in a high-volume transactional environment.
