The Staff Accountant will support daily accounting operations, maintain financial reporting, and assist with month-end and year-end closes.

We have partnered with a growing, product-driven manufacturing company seeking a Staff Accountant to support their day-to-day accounting operations and help maintain accurate, timely financial reporting. This role is well suited for someone with strong accounting fundamentals who is looking to work within a fast-growing industry!
The finance team works on a hybrid schedule, onsite 2 days per week.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the full accounting cycle including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial data such as balance sheets and income statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP
- Assist with ad hoc accounting projects and process improvements as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
- 1 - 4 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP system preferred
