About Us   

Fluxergy is a rapidly growing in vitro diagnostics company innovating on the cutting-edge of laboratory testing. We’re developing the first and only multi-modal point-of-care platform that enables molecular, clinical chemistry, immunoassay, and hematology testing on the same system.

About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
  • Track and manage fixed assets on a monthly including monthly depreciation entry and fixed assets in progress
  • AR and cash application tasks including related account reconciliations
  • Manage credit card transactions
  • Accounting entries for FSA and dependent care
  • Reconcile AP and manage the AP subledger
  • Complete assigned responsibilities related to month-end close processes
  • Conduct verifications to support financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide cross-training support in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP); serve as backup to team members as needed.
  • Learn and support internal financial systems.
  • Assist with large-scale projects.
  • Carry out additional tasks and special assignments. 

What You'll Need to Have

  • 4+ years of accounting experience.
  • Demonstrates initiative with strong follow-through and a sense of ownership over tasks and responsibilities.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, troubleshoot issues independently and offer practical, effective solutions.
  • Maintains high accuracy and thoroughness in all work, particularly in financial data and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • Preferred:
  • Background in manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in the medical device industry.

Salary Range: $72,000 - $78,500/yr
