JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring a full-time, Irvine-based Junior Business Analyst / Business Consultant (Entry-Level) to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate who is driven, logical, and an exceptional communicator, with an interest in building a career in eCommerce, consulting, or business strategy.

In this role, you will support both the project implementation and sales teams, learning the fundamentals of business analysis, client strategy, and digital commerce consulting. This is a client-facing role, so you should feel confident engaging in conversations with internal and external stakeholders. No technical background is required, but curiosity about how technology works and a willingness to learn are highly valued.

This role has growth potential into either a Business Analyst or Sales-focused track.

Responsibilities:

  • Support project research, documentation, and discovery processes in partnership with senior consultants and analysts
  • Attend client meetings to learn and assist in capturing business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Help prepare process flows, business requirements, and client-facing materials
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and client contacts
  • Support client success by helping resolve inquiries and ensuring project alignment across teams
  • Assist in identifying gaps and proposing solutions during the early stages of eCommerce implementation projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project scope and deliverables
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients, translating ideas and feedback into actionable steps. And maintain accurate records of client communications, insights, and follow-up actions.
  • Develop foundational knowledge of digital commerce platforms and consulting best practices

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent logical thinking, organization, and with an ability to analyze and synthesize information
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with both clients and internal teams
  • Willingness to learn both strategic consulting and foundational sales skills
  • Ambition to grow into a Business Analyst, or Sales role

Preferred:

  • Exposure to eCommerce, digital platforms, or consulting projects (coursework or internships welcome)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, or project management platforms
  • Coursework or a minor in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Passion for understanding how businesses use technology to streamline operations or reach customers and grow through digital transformation.
