Are you a strategic, client-focused marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment? We’re looking for an Account Supervisor - Experiential to serve as the primary client partner and lead the development and execution of impactful marketing programs.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships at the management level
- Lead and oversee strategic planning, creative development, and tactical execution of experiential marketing campaigns
- Drive experiential marketing initiatives that deliver results for clients, retailers, and the agency
- Manage and mentor Account Executives ensuring high-quality work and professional growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring ideas to life—from brainstorm to execution
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and financial performance, supporting overall account profitability
- Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to clients with confidence
What You Bring
- 6+ years of marketing agency experience, with a proven ability to grow revenue
- Experience in experiential and/or event marketing (a strong plus)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while keeping clients and teams aligned
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Up to 20% travel may be required
- Walking, Bending, stooping, kneeling and lifting typically up to 25lbs
- Use a computer, including keyboard and mouse, for prolonged periods
- Perform repetitive motions (e.g., typing, clicking) consistently throughout the day
- Flexibility to support business needs outside of standard hours
