As an Account Supervisor, you will lead the daily account management for several of the Creator and Content Creator Programs. You will focus on digital influencers, content creators, strategy and creative execution and the work our clients are doing to engage their ever-growing audiences to increase awareness of client products and services. The Senior Manager position requires strong account management and project management skills, the ability to supervise a busy account, including managing and communicating with staff, serving as a daily counterpart to clients, and a background in marketing, brand strategy and influencers or content creators.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business / agency setting, technology media, or related field; Creator Marketing experience
  • Proven record in developing creator relationships, strategizing, developing brand content and evergreen campaigns to tracking ROI and negotiations
  • Deep knowledge, experience and consulting expertise in influencer management
  • BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA or equivalent ideal
  • Experience in content development and creation and proven experience in a talent management
  • Proven thought leadership in creator and the influence marketing landscape
  • • Deep knowledge of creator partnerships across all tiers of talent, branded video content, social platforms, digital media, and the talent management space
  •  • Strong digital strategy and content skills, with a proven track record working with integrated brands in the digital and social space
  •  Extensive and proven experience developing and presenting to key stakeholders

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

  • Exceptional leadership and management skills and superb oral and written communication, with seasoned presentation and influencing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and persuade staff, peers and clients
  • Strong experience in creator marketing including maintaining relationships with creators and management agencies, executing small and large creator programs from start to finish
  • Self-starter who needs minimal oversight and drives incremental business opportunities on existing business
  •  Knowledge of creator partnerships across all tiers of talent, branded video content, social platforms, digital media, and the talent management space
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, that can manage quick turnkey asks, while managing client expectations
  • Strong client skills, along with proven ability to develop complex strategic and creative influencer marketing programs from micro to mid- and top-tier
  • Fluent in creator marketing contracts, negotiations and legal requirements
  • Hands-on, empathy driven leader who works well with a team and can develop talent
  • Strong communicator that can develop complex strategy and creative presentations to lead and present to key stakeholders
  • Experience in or passion for thrifting/fashion industry a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ongoing ideation, campaign development, support, and strategic consultation around major initiatives and key moments to produce creative content executions for the U.S. but that can also be leveraged globally
  • Work as part of integrated teams, infusing creator into creative, digital, PR and paid programs
  •  Effectively budget new scopes of work and build creator plans (strategic & tactical)
  • Build and maintain relationships with contacts across Edelman divisions
  •  Develop a framework for distribution of creator content across paid, owned and earned outlets to yield sufficient levels of exposure to desired audiences and quality engagements

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
