I. Job Summary
The outside salespersons are responsible for developing sales opportunities, building relationships with customers and partners, promoting Calsoft products and services, closing deals, and achieving their individual sales goals through sales and marketing activities, primarily in the US western region (but occasionally in other regions as well).  They are required to complete the sales process cycle, including the customer contract, payment confirmation, and tasks necessary to gain customer satisfaction and help complete projects.
The successful salesperson will be focused on closing deals with new customers by helping customer organizations understand the technology that is strategic to their business. The Sales Rep. needs to possess a strong network and potential customers in the ERP space and the US western region, especially the Los Angeles Area, that can be leveraged to build a pipeline.
II. Responsibilities and Duties
 
 Essential Functions
•       2+ years of IT direct sales experience to business customers with high performance.
•       IT sales experience in Western regions, such as the greater Los Angeles area.
•       Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline and proven track record of exceeding quotas consistently (Target: US$1 million plus annually, consistently closing $100k+ deals month after month)
•       Ability for consultative and solution selling and for effective communication with C-level personnel and understanding their needs
•       Having a professional manner in attitude, conduct, time, and attire
•       Ability to design excellent solution proposals and presentations using MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
•       Ability to work as a team and individual with high accountability.
•       Ability to create YouTube scenarios and videos.
•       Fluent written and verbal BOTH Japanese and English
Desirable Qualification
  • Knowledge of IT and/or ERP systems
  • Local ERP Sales Experience in the Tri-State area
  • Excellent Presentation and Demonstration Skills  
  • Certification of Sales and Pre-sales Field in the IT and ERP Industry

V. Others
  • Meets minimum quota and productivity requirements (KPI or other benchmarks)
  • Travel to other regions as required by sales opportunities and projects participated.

Annual compensation – Base Salary (US$55,000 to US$70,000) + Commission* (Typically $5,000 - $40,000)
